This service provides several options for sending letters to China.

Select the situation that applies to you:

1. You have a translated letter that you would like to send to an address in China.
   
   
2. You want to get confirmation that a letter you recently sent to China has arrived at its destination.
   
   
3. You have a letter that needs translation, and then have it sent to an address in China.
   
   
4. You would like one package that includes letter translation, sending photos, delivery confirmation and a reply.
   

Letter Translation

I will be happy to translate your letter into Chinese. Please send an email to Adele at lehall88@yahoo.com, describing your translation needs.  My rates are very affordable and I will quote a cost based on the size of the job within two business days of receiving your email.  You may send your own letter, or modify one of our standard letters.  

Please send the Chinese characters of your child's Chinese name.  The characters will enable me to accurately translate your child's name for the letter that accompanies the package. For faster service, you can do your own quote if you count the number of words you need translated.

You can do a word count with your word processor.  For example, open or paste your to-be-translated document in Microsoft Word, then choose Word Count in the Tools menu. A pop-up window appears with the word count listed across from ‘Words’. 

Once you know the word count, multiply by .12 to get the translation price.  For letter translation you may send payment directly to me by using my PayPal payment buttons.

Send a Translated Letter

Select any of these options for sending your translated letter to an address in China:

Send a Letter.  We send the letter inside China for you (which avoids international mailing). The letter is sent via Chinese Registered Mail.  Delivery is 8 to 10 business days. 

Send a letter (no confirmation) US $15.

Send a letter with confirmation US $20.

For the confirmation service, if the recipient is an individual or foster family and you have the phone number, send it to Adele at lehall88@yahoo.com. If you do not have the phone number we can verify arrival through the Chinese Post Office. 

Please send the Chinese characters of the orphanage's name, and address, if possible.  You can find the Chinese characters of the orphanage name in your CCAA acceptance letter or your Pre-Approval letter. If you don't have the address, we will find it for you free of charge when you order a package.

Include SASE - (A self-addressed, stamped envelope for the recipient to send a reply back to you). 

We put your address on the envelope, plus Chinese postage for international mail from China. US $12

Including a SASE will greatly enhance your chances of receiving a reply. We use envelopes specified by the Chinese Post Office for international mailing. International postage is expensive for ordinary Chinese families, and orphanages and foster parents appreciate the gesture.

Delivery Confirmation / Encourage Reply.

If you mail your own letter, and would like to know if it arrived, we contact the recipient and confirm the letter's arrival.  US $10

How to Order

1. You may use the Add to Cart buttons (below) or pay by check.

When paying by PayPal, please use your own home address as the "ship to" address. This will help PayPal to process your order smoothly. I use PayPal for payment only. I get the "ship to" address (the orphanage or foster parent addresses) directly from you.

When paying by check or money order, make it payable to Chinese Translation BlessedKids Inc.

2. Email, mail or fax the necessary information:

(a) The letter. 

(b) Chinese characters of your child's Chinese name.

(c) Chinese characters of the destination address, if possible.  

(d) The phone number of the recipient if you are ordering delivery confirmation. If you do not have the phone number we can verify arrival through the Chinese Post Office.

(e) Your photos, if you plan to send any.

(f) Your mailing address, if you expect a reply to your letter.
