Rates are based on the size and complexity of the documents you wish to have translated. If the level of technical complexity varies across sections of a single document, we tailor the rates to each section, resulting in lower cost to you.

For documents involving technical medical terminology, we use trained medical doctors in China with extensive experience in medical translation.

We keep all information you send us confidential.

Next Day Service
Check for availability. Rates vary based on the complexity of the job.  Rush fee for next day service is $40. Turnaround time: If we receive your documents and payment by 5pm on a business day, we will email you the translation by 5pm the next business day.

Five to Seven Day Service
This is our standard service. Turnaround time is 5 to 7 business days.

Three-Day Service
If we receive your documents and payment by 5pm on a business day, we will send translation to you on the third business day.

When requesting next-day or three-day service, please include in the subject line of your email.
